Tea Increases Brain Power!

Herbalists have sworn by the benefits of tea drinking for centuries. Now, at last,  a study reported in Nutrition & Food Science has revealed that tea also improves brain power and alertness. In the study, scientist studied the mental performance of 44 volunteers were drank tea as compared to when they were given a placebo. This study  supports an earlier Finnish study that drinking at least three cups of tea daily could greatly reduce the risk of developing chronic neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease.
