There is no harm in indulging in moderation of course but a sedentary lifestyle plus eating high calorie food at every meal will eventually take a toll on your waistline.
That’s why it’s important to watch your calorie intake to ensure that you have a healthy Body Mass Index (BMI). Here’s a rough guideline of your recommended daily calorie intake.
